Australias blooming, green Outback.
The outback of Australia has had an exceptional year in 2010 and 2011 looks set to be just as good. I live in SW Queensland on a cattle station and for the last 12 months the birdlife, other wildlife and the plants, wildflowers, rivers and fishing have never been better.I hope we see lots of visitors out this way to enjoy the spectacular colours of the outback this year. The best way to visit is in your own car, just jump in and head on out. There are also lots of opportunities for backpackers and volunteers to stay at various places for free, as long as they pitch in and do a bit. Cheers zenonie.
