My company in United Kingdom has 3 domain names of good interest in PRC (96.com, 97.com, 98.com). I want to establish a joint venture in PRC - I commit domain name(s), a local partner commits business expertise and local content.

I will commit the domain name (free if needs be) to a joint venture. After a period of time if the venture has earned enough money, then the domain name will be transferred free to the business partner in PRC. So the business partner gets a strong domain name to help launch their business, my company gets a good long-term return from investing the domain name - plus maybe investing some capital. All this will be subject to detailed negotiations, including title (ownership) of the domain name. I am not going to go through these negotiations with anyone in PRC unless I know they have a good business proposal. So I need to see some kind of business plan first. This needs to be at the level as if the business partner was trying to borrow a lot of capital e.g. cover market / competition / technology / people / financial projections / sources of revenue etc. All this will be treated as confidential of course.

Your proposal might be for an Internet business (social networking, games, B2B, B2C...) or might be completely real-world (real estate, trading...). I don't mind. I don't live in PRC, so you must tell me where you think a good business opportunity is. Success in business is helped with a good brand. A good domain name can help make a good long-term brand.

So if you have a good business idea I would like to hear from you. Look at the nn.com domain names that are already high ranked in PRC - 28.com, 35.com, 46.com, 51.com, 56.com, 58.com. Now think if you can do a site like those that uses one of 96/97/98.
