wet season has not really started in April in the above destinations - it will be HOT, mainly dry, humid and dusty. (To see these places after wet season when green and fresh travel from end of Oct - Dec).I'd also go with Vietnam - warm in the north, and pleasant in central - HOT in the south.Sri Lanka also a decent option..
