Bargains in South Africa and World Cup Guide
There is a big correction in the World Cup pricing in South AfricaIm not sure if this is appropriate or within the posting guidelines but I would like to mention a very worthwhile World Cup Guide which was released recently. This document would have been a great help to me if I had access to it before planning and booking my trip to South Africa. Now that the hype is over, there are real bargains to be had. They offer some great do-it-yourself travel tips and suggest a host of self guided options. I received this in a pdf attachment but a link is available if you search Google for "Original Unofficial World Cup Travel Guide"Other tips that I can offer, is that is cheaper to fly to South Africa via Mauritius from London which works out to almost a quarter of the direct routes. There is a Fan Camp in Kruger Park called 2010 Camp which offers a unique venue between games with Big 5 safaris and meals at less than 60 per day.
