re: getting to heathrow airport

hi there,does anyone know how to get to heathrow airport from W1 but not by train? I am unable to take my elderly parents to the airport from their hotel so would like to book something for them, like maybe a taxi or mini cab but need some ideas and maybe a good recommendation. thanks.
