There are many types of vegetables. I like green vegetables. You can add a little salt in the water used to launder the vegetables, or a load of green, while half [before adding to] stew. In this way, you can shorten the cooking time in general. Also add the vegetables after cooking the sauce, not the beginning. Should be the last thing added to the pot, and then steamed / discussed briefly in the sauce.

I like potatoes and mushrooms! But I like green beans, broccili, corn cob only, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, cucumbers, eggplant, summer squash, green peppers. I only like raw carrots.

My first choice is vegetarian salad. I like potato,apple and oranges. I also like fresh fruits. They give me a healthy life and good body. Vegetarian diet is better then non veg. Apples are good for eyes and our life time body.
