Default Goodwill store at Islington/Dundas St W

This store uses a kid to decide what to keep and what to dump. But I saw the kid take boxes of stuff that people had, and he literally took 2 seconds to glance the top of the box and then dumped a lot of boxes into the trash compactor that they have at the back.I had spent a lot of time sorting things eg. cups, mini statues, out for Goodwill and then saw him just dump it in the compactor just after taking a glance.None of the other Goodwills I've donated to, do this.Have you guys had this experience?
