Best thing to do is to Google for that particular tour operator and see what other people write about them. If you don`t find anything or bad reviews than I`d stay away; if the comments are good you can go further. Obviously keep in mind that some tour-operators write their own reviews (under another name) but usually they are soooooo positive that it gets suspicous too :wink:.
