Default Got an Energy Meter; have some questions.

Consider this a continuation of my thread in the Computers & Electronics sub-forum. I recently got a UPM Energy Meter, and was startled to find my TV while off draws 35W of power. The manufacturer claims it draws 0.20W - so what gives? I tested this by plugging the TV into the meter directly and measuring the TV while on/off - and now have moved the power for the TV to a switched outlet. Any idea on why it consumes so much more than the mfr states it would?
