I have two sets of cordless drills. Drills are OK but not the batteries. It's a waste to throw them away. New batteries cost me the same to buy a new drill. And this place http://www.voltmanbatteries.com/servlet/StoreFront rebuild batteries cost the same I buy new online. Any one tried rebuilding the batteries before?

I am able to buy some cells 1.2V for $ 1.99 each. But first, I thought I had to replace them all. 19.2VI then need 16 of these cells 1.2V. It's like $ 32nd Now maybe I just need to get a good few. It's well worth it.
