Where can I buy good quality eyeshadow wholesale?
I don't want any made in china, and would prefer if they weren't tested on animals. ?

Revlon is good. I stopped using cover girl because of the testing on animals. And trust me, once I started looking at all the products I used that did test on them. WOW! I was shocked. And the brands that proctor and gamble owns is unbelievable.

MAC eyeshadow is an AMAZING quality, though it is pricey. If you're willing to spend money, MAC is surely the best way to go. They have many colors and styles available!
For a slightly cheaper price, you can try Mary Kay. I have one or two by them and I love them, too.
