Get it it is a very nice piece of equipment. In addition to all the music, video features it also has web connectivity you can check mails surf the net get weather forecasts on it. Have been using an 8 GB one since two months and has been performing reliably.

Ive been ipod classic for the ages and my brother threw it many times and nothing happened. The only thing you have to worry about, this is not to put all the songs on in one breath otherwise it could crash your overload. Make sure you buy the artwork, if you want to save it for more.

Be careful buying things like that from eBay because they might be broken or something - check the sellers feedback. The only reason I'd ever get one would be to make my friends jealous and to be honest I don't think that's worth $100 or whatever.

No. With my personal experience with the ipod touch, it was a waste of my money to buy it. Buy a normal one for half the price. No it does not freeze.
