Yes. in fact 30% of my customers are retailers. Retailers are learning quickly the benefits of buying from wholesale suppliers.

yes, that's where all the retailers get theirs. if you go to the garmentdistrict like los angeles all the brands of clothiers have reps there andyou can place orders with whoever's stuff you want to sale. you will haveto show them your business license and the address of where yourbusiness is. depending on who you buy from, some have strict rules onwhat kinds of businesses sell their things. your probably not goingto be able to sell high end stuff from a kiosk. some clothing reps actuallycome out to see exactly what kind of area your store is in and to see what your store looks like. if its cheaper stuff their not going to care

Is it legal to sell clothes that are purchased from a wholesaler? I'm planning on starting a small business to sell imported fashion. I will only be doing this business from a rented kiosk in the mall. I'm new to this whole thing and need some help. I know a lot of people buy from wholesaler and sell them online, like on ebay, but I'm planing on doing this at a actual mall. Is this legal?
