Default Will running every day make my legs look thicker?

Running will help you loose fat, but will make the leg muscles strongeryou'll loose the fat faster then gaining muscles, so your leg will become thiner before getting thicker

Running helps you burn fat and tighten the muscles of the legs, so go pretty bad if you start a lot, but it simply means that your muscles are getting stronger. Yoga burns about weight, depending on the time you're doing. but its usually just the type of exercise to relieve stress.
