None of the above.US doesn't have enough trade with Britain, France, Argentina or Chile to make an appreciable difference in the economy.An embargo against Chinese goods (even more than just toys) would have little or no effect because the Chinese are already moving factories to other third world countries to avoid the lingering issues with lead in paint and melamine in food.

The First Bill sounds like a good deal,(very suitable) but All three leaves someone suffering but for the better of the economy i would say the second congressional bill.

NAFTA has helped the Economy much more damage. The U.S. auto industry to look at to see. I think it would do better on Chinese toys, the embargo. Toys, why stop? Many of the Chinese products just fine but very often receives the junk and potentially harmful.
