Always get 7 to 8 hours sleep
Exercise is best way to boost energy level
Cut out sugars and caffeine from your diet
Never skip meals
Take a nap

Now a days people feel tired because of their work load and busy schedule. there are some tips to avoid tiredness all time like avoid caffeine, stop smoking, regular exercise, eat regular meal, take enough rest and sleep.

A recognized many reasons is not acceptable to sleep every night fatigue rich. You should always get 7-8 hours of shut eye per night. You should accept your agenda has been set bedtime and morning routine. Aimed at the same time every night to sleep, while alive, and every morning the same time.
