Muscle pain. Muscle Strengthening VS Stretching/Yoga?
I suffer from severe neck & shoulder pain and mild lower back pain because i work in front of the computer 35+ hours a week. most suggest i take up Yoga, Stretching, etc., yet i find it doesn't help that much! it does a little.... but I find that Muscle Strengthening helps me a lot more to relieve any pain I have!!!how come muscle strengthening helps with muscle pain more than stretching and yoga do?and which should i do more of? should i continue to do Yoga (once a week perhaps)? and workout 5 - 6 times a week?
