Default What to do in Quebec?

We are travelling to Quebec for our honeymoon (April 27-May 3rd) have never been there before ~ any ideas of what to do?

We will be staying at a hotel in the old, walled part of the city.
Yes, I do mean Quebec City

It sounds like you are referring to Quebec City, not Quebec the province. This is a very beautiful historic old city and I believe you will love the food and the romantic atmosphere.

By late April and early May, the river should be pretty clear of ice and you may be able to go on a river cruise. You can dine on the boat, as well as see whales at certain times of the year - not sure about April/May.

You also have the Montmerency Falls nearby, Mont Saint Anne (which may or may not be still open for Spring skiing), horse drawn carriages called "Caleches" that take you on guided tours of the old city area, cobblestone streets.

If you are willing to drive three hours south, you can also go to Montreal for a Friday or Saturday night. The nightlife there is much more lively than Quebec City and there are far more dance clubs and bars.

Bonjour! (French for 'hello')

I've been to Quebec City around April/May on a trip.
The city is so beautiful and historice.
Foods are interesting and unique-DEL.I.CIOUS.

Quebec residents speak French.
If you can speak French, it's all good.
If not, then you'll need a translator or a dictionary to help you.
Some Quebec people speak English, too because Canada is a bi-lingual country.

The weather will be so nice. Pack T-shirts, shorts/capris, pants, and mosquito repellent. Quebec City is just really nice. You can stop anymore and take a photo, and that photo will be beautiful.

Au revoir.. (that's French for 'goodbye')
