Default immigration decemeber 18 1836?

Does anyone know where i could find information on a ship named Venus traveled in 1836 by Captain Carr.
The boat could have stopped at quebec or vermont

This site might be helpful: http://www.theshipslist.com/ships/Arrivals/ships1821a.htm

I found the Venus listed here, and I found Carr sailing a different ship in 1821.

Here are a few bits of information:

A ship called Venus was sailing to Prince Edward Island in the 1820s and 30s
A Captain Carr of a ship called the John sailing from PEI landed in Falmouth, England 12/17/1816
A Captain Carr and 11 men of the brig Joseph, wrecked at the Bird Islands, were brought to Quebec on board the Trio in May 22, 1829
A ship called Venus was built in 1821, sailed until 1845 for the General Steam Navigation Company, but they do not seem to have sailed to Canada.

Hope this is of some use to you.
