Default Traveling in Canada?

On Nov. 17 I'm traveling to Niagara Falls from NYC. I'm taking the bus. I also want to continue to Montreal and I have no clue how to do it!!! What is the best way to travel from Niagara Falls - Ontario to Montreal - Quebec? It can be either bus or train and which is less expensive. If you have details, I like to hear.

The best way is go Voyage wonder.

3 days Tonronto-niagara-montreal $189 single accupancy.
1 day Montreal tour $39 no hotel, then you can take overnight bus back NYC ($79)
