Default How to Clean Beaded Silver Bracelets

If you have a beaded silver bracelet you need to clean, it requires the same care as other pieces of silver jewelry, but it might take longer to polish due to its construction. If your bracelet is fashioned of silver plate, or if it has oxidized designs on its surface, avoid certain polishing methods to help preserve its finish.

Use a wooden or plastic (nonmetal) spoon, stir the jewelry in the fizzing baking soda allowing as much contact as possible to the aluminum foil then leave it for a couple of minutes. Carefully remove as it will be hot, rinse well and pat dry. Sterling chains can be dipped in a commercial cleaner.
