Really? I already did one of these for you. Go do your homework! It's very easy - for the first one just google endoplasmic reticulum. For the last one just google plasmodesmata. Seriously - put some effort into your own work!

Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is repsonible for production of protein and lipid composition of most of the cell organelles. Emergency room contains a large number of folds - but the formation of a closed membrane-page single closed path. The interior space is called the ER lumen. ER is also responsible for moving proteins and other carbohydrates in the Golgi to the plasma membrane to the lysosomes, or other local needs.
